Query message list
This feature has three tabs: Message List, Batch Sending, and Pending/Failed. You can filter the results on each tab.
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

In the left navigation pane, choose .

On the Message List page, set the filter criteria.
The page has three tabs: Message List, Batch Sending, and Pending/Failed. The available filters include Business Number, List Type, and Batch ID. The results table includes columns such as Batch ID, Message Type, and Message Template.

The following filters are available on each tab:

Message List: This tab shows both sent and received messages. You can filter the data by Business Number, List Type, Batch ID, User Phone Number, Template Code, and Time Range.

Batch Sending: You can filter the data by Business Number and Time Range.

Pending/Failed: You can filter the data by Business Number and Time Range.
NoteThe time range cannot span multiple months.
