Manage a Messenger send account
This topic describes how to manage a Messenger send account, including connecting a Facebook Page, managing the Facebook Page, and configuring a webhook.
Prerequisites
You have created a Messenger send account. For more information, see Create a Messenger send account.
Connect a Facebook Page account
If you did not complete Facebook Page authorization when you created the send account, or if you need to reconnect a Facebook Page, see Create a Messenger send account to complete the Facebook Page authorization.
Each Messenger send account can be bound to only one Facebook Page. To manage multiple Facebook Pages, create multiple Messenger send accounts.
Procedure
View Facebook Page information
On the send account details page, click Facebook Page to view the information about the connected Facebook Page:
Page ID: the unique identifier of the Facebook Page.
Page Name: the name of the Facebook Page.
Connection Status: the connection status between the Facebook Page and Chat App.
Facebook Page management
Delete a Facebook Page
To delete a connected Facebook Page, perform the following steps:
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Instant Message > Messenger.
Click the name of the send account that you want to manage.
On the Facebook Page page, choose More > Delete.
In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
After you delete the Facebook Page, you can no longer use this send account to send messages. Proceed with caution.
Reconnect a Facebook Page
To delete a Facebook Page and connect a new one, perform the following steps:
On the Facebook Page page, click Connect Account.
