VMware VM backup client log collection
To collect logs without logging in to the Cloud Backup gateway, follow these steps:

Open a browser and enter
http://IP address of the disaster recovery gateway:8011in the address bar. -
In the upper-right corner, click Diagnostic. The Diagnostic dialog box appears.

Select . In the diagnostic dialog box that appears, select the Log Collection tab, and click Download Logs to download the log file.
VMware VM backup client network diagnostics
To run network diagnostics without logging in to the Cloud Backup gateway, follow these steps:
