The Website Check feature for Alibaba Cloud Web Hosting checks your host status, domain name status, ICP filing status, and environment configuration. It helps you quickly identify and resolve website issues like host expiration, service suspension, or attacks to keep your website running smoothly. This topic demonstrates how to use the Website Check feature using a Linux Dedicated Web Hosting Standard plan instance.
Procedure
If your Alibaba Cloud Web Hosting instance is running a task, such as a backup, restore, or data migration, wait for it to complete before starting a Website Check. This prevents task interruptions and ensures accurate results.

Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Web Hosting console.

Find the desired Alibaba Cloud Web Hosting instance and click Manage in the Actions column.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose .

On the Website Check page, click Start Check.
The check covers four areas: host status check (checks for service suspension reasons such as expiration, high resource usage, attacks, excessive traffic, policy violations, or manual operations), domain name status check (verifies the binding and domain name resolution status for the first three domains), ICP filing status check (confirms the ICP filing status for the first three domains), and environment configuration check (examines homepage settings and version compatibility). Important reminders are also provided: hosts are released 15 days after expiration, files for Linux hosts must be uploaded to the htdocs directory, and files for Windows hosts must be uploaded to the root directory.
Results
After the Website Check is complete, the results table displays the status of each check item. For example: the host status check is Normal; the domain name status check for binding and resolution is Normal; the ICP filing status check is Abnormal, providing an ICP Filing link in the Actions column; and the environment configuration check for the homepage file and PHP version is Normal. When the progress bar reaches 100%, you can click Recheck to run the check again.
The 
icon in the Check Status column indicates an abnormal result. For example, if the ICP filing status is abnormal, click the corresponding solution link for the item in the Actions column. After resolving the issue, run the Website Check again to confirm that the issue is resolved.
