DAS Alibaba Cloud Managed Services (formerly DAS Economy Edition) builds on the Basic Plan by integrating the Qwen large language model (LLM) with the database O&M expertise and standard operating procedures accumulated by Alibaba Cloud DAS. Each instance receives at least 4 million tokens per day of intelligent computing power (current limit: 10 million tokens per day per instance). These AI capabilities enhance key scenarios such as anomaly detection, session management, lock analysis, Performance Insight, slow SQL optimization, and automatic space analysis, enabling intelligent issue identification, rapid root-cause localization, and proactive risk alerts for your databases.

DASAlibaba Cloud Managed Services (formerly DAS Economy Edition) Introduction

DAS Alibaba Cloud Managed Services (formerly DAS Economy Edition) uses a subscription billing method and extends the Basic Plan with the following features:

Feature

DAS Basic Plan

DAS Alibaba Cloud Managed Services (formerly DAS Economy Edition)

Instance Session

View sessions and overview statistics. Identify abnormal sessions. Manage sessions by throttling or optimizing SQL statements or terminating sessions.

Beyond basic session management, view transaction details associated with sessions, visualize lock information for current sessions, and analyze abnormal SQL statements in real time.

Lock Analysis Function Overview

Analyze the most recent deadlock.

Analyze metadata locks and transaction blocking relationships for current sessions in real time, view results in a graphical interface, and view deadlock trend charts.

Performance Insight

Use the previous version of Performance Insight.

Collect and analyze average active session data. View trends for different session categories and related multi-dimensional payload details to determine the root cause of performance issues.

Use both the new and previous versions of Performance Insight.

View resource consumption, executions, scanned rows, and execution duration trends for all SQL statements, as well as data for tables and indexes with no traffic.

Automatic Fragment Reclamation

Not supported.

Automatically reclaim storage fragmentation for MySQL tables that reach a specified threshold, such as tablespace size or fragmentation rate.
