Refund details
Pay-as-you-go charges are non-refundable.
You can request a refund for a resource plan if it is completely unused within its validity period. Refunds are not available for resource plans that have expired or have been used to offset charges.
Self-service refunds are not available. To request a refund, join DingTalk group 155680013413 and contact our staff.
