Overdue payment details
Impacts of an overdue payment
If your account has an overdue payment, you cannot perform operations that incur fees, such as purchasing new services, upgrading, or renewing existing services. Therefore, check your Alibaba Cloud account balance regularly to avoid service disruptions.
Service suspension
If a payment is overdue, your service is suspended. Alibaba Cloud sends you reminders 12 hours and 23 hours after your account becomes overdue.
If your service is suspended due to an overdue payment, API calls for the corresponding products and the use of lightweight applications are affected. Check your Alibaba Cloud account balance regularly to avoid service disruptions.
Service resumption
Your service is restored immediately after you settle the overdue payment.
