Command to update developer tools

The mpaas update command allows you to update mPaaS developer tools. After the update, the existing tools installed will be overwritten.

Common options

-h, --help: Displays help information about a command.
    --verbose: Displays more debug information.
    --silent: Indicates the silent mode without displaying any output information.
