When are referral orders ineligible for rebates?

The following are five common situations:
The order is for a promotion or a cloud product that is excluded from the rebate program. For more information, see the lists of eligible Strategic Products and Core Products.
The order is for a pay-as-you-go resource, not a subscription.
The order is not an eligible type. Rebates are provided for a user's first purchase on Alibaba Cloud, and for any subsequent new purchases, upgrades, or renewals.
A refund was issued for the order. If a partial refund is issued, the rebate applies only to the non-refunded amount.
The purchase is identified as a self-purchase. This means the buyer and the Cloud Ambassador are the same person.
