Unpaid orders are voided and do not affect a customer's first purchase eligibility. For refunded orders, the outcome depends on resource usage. If a full refund is issued, the customer's next purchase still qualifies for the first purchase commission. However, a customer's status changes to a returning customer if a partial refund is issued or if they use any resources.
