After you create a custom menu, attach a report, and grant account permissions, the menu creator, authorized accounts, Quick Audience organization administrators, and workspace administrators can view reports from Quick BI embedded in Quick Audience. If the report is configured in Quick BI, you can also select audiences in Quick Audience while viewing the report.
View reports
To view reports embedded in Quick Audience:
Go to Workspace > User Insights > Analytics Dashboard > Business Insight. The menu hierarchy appears to the right of the navigation pane.

Select a menu. The page displays the corresponding report.
NoteIf an
icon appears when you hover over a menu, this means no report is embedded in the menu or you do not have permission to view it.
Select audiences
Quick Audience lets you select audiences from charts embedded from Quick BI.
You must meet the following prerequisite before you can select an audience:
In Quick BI, enable audience generation for the embedded report. Also, configure the chart to export the required ID field to Quick Audience when an audience is generated. For more information, see Audience Selection Configuration.
The data source of the Quick BI report must be the same as the data source used by the Quick Audience workspace. This includes organization data sources and workspace data sources. Otherwise, an error occurs when you save the audience.
Audience selection is supported for the following chart types:
Trend charts: line chart, area chart, stacked area chart, 100% stacked area chart, and combination chart
Comparison charts: column chart, stacked column chart, 100% stacked column chart, bar chart, stacked bar chart, and 100% stacked bar chart
Relationship charts: scatter chart and bubble chart
To select audiences in a report embedded in Quick Audience:
Go to Workspace > User Insights > Analytics Dashboard > Business Insight.
Select a menu to open a report, as shown in the following figure.
In the chart, click and drag to select the data points that you want to save as an audience, as shown in the following figure.

After you select the required data points, release the mouse button. A dialog box appears, as shown in the following figure. In the dialog box, select Generate Audience Package.

Enter a name for the audience, select the tag fields to export to Quick Audience, and click OK.

The generated audience is added to the audience list, and its source is displayed as Analytics and Insight Report. You can push, update, and download the audience. For more information, see Basic Audience Features and Audience Push Features. You can also create marketing tasks for the audience. For more information, see the User Marketing document and the Automated Marketing document.
