Solutions

Enable a security password for third-party clients as soon as possible. After you enable this password, you will no longer receive these reminder emails.

A third-party client security password is a dedicated, independent password for use with third-party clients. After you enable and generate a client password, you must use this password to log on to third-party clients. Otherwise, the logon will fail. The password can be used for an extended period after it is enabled. If you no longer need it, you can delete it in the user settings.

Benefits:

1) By default, the client security password is a highly complex string.

2) You only need to configure the account credentials once on the client. The credentials are then hidden. This eliminates the need for repeated configuration or separate records, which reduces the threat of leaks.

3) You can generate multiple, independent security passwords for different clients. This allows users who prefer third-party mail clients to continue using them without interruption.
