Request an invoice

The Alibaba Cloud app includes an Invoice management feature. To request an invoice for past spending, filter orders by date range and select one, several, or all orders to invoice. This section walks you through the first-time invoicing process using a Elastic Computing Service (ECS) subscription order as an example.

Prerequisites: Complete identity verification before requesting an invoice. You cannot request an invoice without it.

Limits: The Alibaba Cloud app does not support editing invoice titles. To edit, use the PC console. For steps, see Modify invoice information.

  1. Go to Invoice management.

    1. Open the Alibaba Cloud app. At the bottom of the screen, tap the Me tab. Then tap Expenses and costs.

    2. Tap Invoice management.

  2. (Optional) Add an invoice title.

Prerequisites: If you are using cost analysis for the first time, enable the feature before use. Go to the PC console, open Cost analysis under Expenses and Costs, and enable it for free.
