Trusted device management
As an administrator, you can look up any employee's mailbox account and manage trusted devices—untrusting or re-trusting individual devices, acting on multiple devices at once, and configuring automatic revocation schedules to keep device trust current.
Procedure

Log on to the Alibaba Mail console as an administrator. Go to Domain Management > Organization and Users > Mailbox Management > Employee Mailboxes. Search for the target mailbox, click the account name to open the edit page, and then click Security to open the Device Management section.

Manage trusted devices using any of the following operations.
Untrust a single device: Click Untrust and Log Out on the far right, then confirm the action. The device is no longer trusted, and the user must complete two-factor authentication the next time they log on.
Re-trust a device: Click Set as Trusted Device to the right of the untrusted device, then confirm the action.
Manage multiple devices: Select the checkboxes for the devices you want to act on, then choose the desired operation in the upper-right corner of the page.
