Use CDN on the Alibaba Cloud app
You can use the Alibaba Cloud App on mobile devices, such as iOS and Android, to log in to the CDN console and manage your configurations. This topic describes how to perform common tasks, such as monitoring data, purchasing prepaid resource plans, enabling or disabling domain names, refreshing or prefetching content, and using the IP Address Locator.
Prerequisites
You have installed the Alibaba Cloud App on your mobile device and logged in to your account. For more information, see Log in to an account on the Alibaba Cloud App.
You have added an accelerated domain name to CDN. For more information, see Add an accelerated domain name.
Access the console
Open the Alibaba Cloud App and select the Console tab.
At the top of the page, select More Consoles to open the All Consoles page.
On the All Consoles page, select the Networking & CDN tab, and then select CDN from the product list.
NoteIf CDN does not appear under the Networking & CDN tab, you can find it in My Consoles or search for CDN on the home page.
Monitor data
The Alibaba Cloud App lets you query data and check the status of your CDN services.
Select Overview to view metrics such as the number of requests, bandwidth, and traffic.
Purchase a resource pack
If your resource pack is running low, you can purchase a new one from your mobile device.
Select Resource Packs and then select Purchase Resource Pack. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase. The billing rules are the same as on the web console. For more information, see Resource plan overview.
Enable or disable a domain name
A sudden traffic spike or security attack on your domain name can lead to unexpected cost increases. In such cases, use the Alibaba Cloud App to temporarily disable the acceleration service and prevent unnecessary charges.
Select Domain Names, and in the upper-right corner of the corresponding domain area, click the
button to start or stop the domain.
Disable a domain name
Enable a domain name
Refresh and prefetch resources
Content deleted from your origin server may remain accessible on CDN POPs because it is cached. To clear this content immediately, use the refresh feature.
Select Refresh/Prefetch to prefetch or refresh your accelerated resources. For more information, see Refresh and prefetch resources.
Use the IP address locator
When troubleshooting, IP address information can help you identify the region where a fault occurred. The IP Address Locator helps you pinpoint these issues.
Select IP Address Locator to check whether a specific IP address belongs to an Alibaba Cloud CDN POP and view its region and ISP. For more information, see Check whether an IP address belongs to an Alibaba Cloud CDN POP.
