About Mini Program Analysis
mPaaS Mini Program Analysis is a data analysis component for Mini Program developers and operators. This component provides data statistics capabilities for Alipay, WeChat, and mPaaS Mini Program platforms, supports comprehensive data analysis of Mini Programs on the three major platforms, and visualizes statistical analysis data, which is clear at a glance, assists in product operation decision-making, and drives product experience optimization.
Mini Program Analysis provides user analysis, page analysis, sharing analysis, event analysis, and funnel analysis functions, showing the mini program data performance such as the scale of new/active users, user sources, usage time, user retention, sharing and dissemination, helping you understand the overall operation of the mini program and providing data support for product optimization and operational decisions.
Features
Mini program management
The statistical analysis data of the Mini Program is displayed from two dimensions: App and single Mini Program. For a mini program, it provides a full tracing analysis path: "Customer acquisition > Activation > Sharing". You can easily add WeChat mini programs, Alipay mini programs, and mPaaS mini programs for data statistics and analysis. You can query, modify, and delete existing mini programs with a few clicks.
User analysis
This feature allows you to analyze the data performance of a mini program in terms of new users, active users, user activity level, and use duration. This feature analyzes the activity level of mini program users by integrating the daily, weekly, and monthly active user (DAU, WAU, and MAU) data, helping you analyze user retention and user churn. In addition, this feature identifies user stickiness based on the average retention duration per time and the average retention duration per user.
Page analysis
This feature displays page views (PVs), unique visitors (UVs), and the average visit duration of each page. You can analyze these view data of the visited page and the entry page to find out the most popular mini program pages and entries.
Sharing analysis
This feature displays key sharing metrics of a mini program, such as the number of people who shared the mini program, the times of sharing the mini program, and sharing-driven visits. This feature gives you an insight into how a mini program is shared and spread.
Event analysis
Mini Program event analysis tracks user behavior within the Mini Program, collects user behavior data, and conducts multi-dimensional and instant event analysis based on event attributes to meet the personalized analysis needs of the Mini Program. It also visualizes the analysis data through charts.
Funnel analysis
Funnel analysis is mainly used to analyze the conversion and loss of each step in a multi-step process, helping you locate the loss link of mini program users, discover the reasons for the loss, and then improve the user conversion rate through product optimization or operational activities.
Scenarios
This component is designed for developers who develop mini programs on multiple platforms. After integrating this component, the data of mini programs running on different platforms can be viewed in one console.
User activity analysis
It analyzes the activity level of mini program users. In detail, it analyzes the user behavior habits and preferences based on the user activity level, use frequency, and retention duration. This feature gives you an insight into the user stickiness to the product and helps you optimize products and make better operational decisions.
Sharing and spreading analysis
By analyzing the sharing of Mini Program pages and the effect of their dissemination, we can evaluate the effect of valuable functions or content on the dissemination of Mini Programs. By analyzing indicators such as the number of shares, the number of sharers, the return flow of shares, and the number of new users brought by sharing, we can understand which users have shared the most times and which users have brought the most new users to the Mini Program, and then specify corresponding operation strategies for these users.
