Apply for Finance Cloud certification

For Finance Cloud scenarios, you must complete the Finance Cloud certification. This process designates your account as a Finance Cloud account. After certification, you can purchase and use Finance Cloud products and services.
Procedure
Important Before you apply for Finance Cloud certification, ensure that your account has no public cloud resources. Otherwise, you will be unable to access the Alibaba Cloud Management Console after you complete the certification.
- Log on to the Alibaba Cloud official website. In the top navigation bar, choose .
- On the Finance Industry Cloud Solutions page, click Finance Cloud Certification.
The Apply for Finance Cloud Certification page is displayed.
- Enter the required company information and click Submit.
Note If the Finance Cloud certification request fails, contact jr@service.alibaba.com.
FAQ
Q: When I apply, I see the message: "Your account has public cloud resources. Please apply with a new account. Otherwise, you will be unable to access the console." What should I do?
A: Finance Cloud is a dedicated cluster and is completely isolated from the public cloud. Register a new Alibaba Cloud account and then apply.
Q: Can I use a personal email address to register an Alibaba Cloud account?
