Cause
When you can send but not receive emails, the mail server itself is working. The issue is almost always a missing or inactive MX record. Without a correctly configured MX record, external mail servers cannot determine where to deliver email for your domain, so inbound mail never arrives.
Solution

If you purchased the domain from Alibaba Cloud and your domain uses the DNS service provided by Alibaba Cloud, log on to the Alibaba Cloud DNS console.
