Expand your Alibaba Mail account quota when you need additional mailboxes.
Note
If you purchased Alibaba Mail from an agent, contact the agent to scale out your accounts. Agent information is available in the mail management console.
Procedure
1. Log on to the Alibaba Mail console and click Manage.
2. On the Basic Information page, click Scale-out.
3. On the Upgrade/Downgrade page, enter the new total number of users (Total users = Original users + Additional users). The price for additional accounts is displayed on the page.
4. Select the Terms of Service checkbox and click Go to Pay. After you submit the order and complete payment, your account quota is updated.
