Tasks

As shown in the following figure, the list displays the associated sub-activities of the task (if numbers are displayed, all associated sub-activities will be displayed by hovering the mouse over), content, group name, number of group numbers, actual number sent, number of successful and failed numbers, SMS platform, SMS type, sending type, and status.

Note
  • Number of actually sent numbers=Number of successfully sent numbers + Number of failed sent numbers + Number of unreturned numbers.

  • If the number of numbers contained in the crowd is inconsistent with the actual number of text messages sent by the SMS platform, the possible causes are: the number of people exceeds the limit, the number is empty, and the text message content is too long to split into multiple messages.

  • The SMS platform sends feedback on successful and failed messages. Due to the situation of the operator sending the SMS, some numbers may not give feedback in time. If no feedback is given within 3 days (72 hours), the status will be determined as Execution Failed.

Among them, the status is divided into:

  • Moderating: The SMS content is being moderating.

  • Rejected: The message content is rejected.

  • To be sent

  • Sending

  • Execution Failed: Move the pointer over the text to display the cause of the failure.

  • Completed: The text message is sent.

You can perform the following operations:

  • View Details: View the task sending status. For more information, see View Details.

  • Edit: You can edit a task that is rejected for review or scheduled for more than 5 minutes.

  • Delete: You can delete a task that is rejected for review or scheduled for more than 5 minutes.
