Rejection and timeout responses are common in conversation flow configurations. In voice scenarios, you must configure these responses for almost every node, which can be an inefficient process. This feature lets you create editable response templates, which you can then reference to build conversation flows more quickly.
Response templates
You can create a response template for either timeout or rejection events. Follow the on-screen prompts. When you add a new response item, the system automatically configures it as the response for the next sequential timeout or rejection event.
