Configure multiple package names

Edit multiple package names

1. Log on to the EMAS console and select the Mobile Push product.

2. On the Mobile Push page, in the navigation pane on the left, choose Configuration Management > Application Configuration.

3. In the Application Information area, click Edit to the right of Application Package Name to open the Edit Multi-package Information side panel.

Add a channel package

1. In the Edit Multi-package Information side panel, the Main Package Name is included by default. To configure multiple channel package names, click Add Channel Package to expand the configuration options.

2. In the Multi-package Edit area, enter the corresponding package name and vendor channel.

   Note

   A channel can include one or more vendor channels.

3. To add more channel packages, click Add Channel Package to add a set of package names and vendor channels.

4. After you complete the configuration, click OK to save the channel package settings.

What to do next:

After you configure the channel package names, edit the vendor channels in the Android Extension Information section. Then, enter the corresponding channel key for each channel package name. For more information, see Configure vendor channel keys.

After you complete these configurations, you can send a single push notification to all configured omnichannel packages.

Delete a channel package

Prerequisites

• You have configured multiple channel packages. For more information, see Add a channel package.

• You have deleted the vendor channel keys for the channel package that you want to delete. For more information, see Configure vendor channel keys.

  Important

  Before you delete a channel package, you must delete its vendor channel configurations, including the channel key information.

• The Edit Multi-package Information side panel is open. For more information, see Edit multiple package names.

Procedure

1. In the Edit Multi-package Information side panel, click Delete and confirm the deletion of the specified channel package.

   Important

   After a channel package is deleted, its information cannot be recovered. Proceed with caution.

2. Click OK to save the settings.
