This topic describes the overview page of the Mobile Feedback service, which provides summaries and reports about user feedback.
Log on to the EMAS Management Console.
Find your project and select the corresponding application.
In the navigation pane on the left, choose Mobile Feedback > Overview.
On the Overview page, set a time range and view the Data Summary and Data Reports.
Data Summary: Displays the number of New Sessions, Replied Sessions, and Follow-up Sessions. This data is updated every 5 minutes.
Data Reports: Includes Tag Analysis and Feedback and Reply Trends.
