For brand detection, an administrator must first upload a sensitive word list. For more information, see Upload a sensitive word list. If a list is not uploaded, brand detection is skipped.
Files added to the content library are automatically checked for compliance. A status flag appears before the file name in the content list. You can hover the mouse over the flag to view detailed information.
Procedure:
Go to Content Marketing > Your Space > Content Compliance > File Detection to open the detection page.

In the upper-right corner, click Upload Local File to upload the file that you want to check. After the file is uploaded, the page appears as shown in the following figure.

After the detection is complete, the results for brand detection and security detection are displayed on the right side of the page.
As shown in the following figure, if the file passes the check, No security risk is displayed. If compliance issues are found, specific threats are displayed. You can then modify the file to resolve the issues.

Click Re-detect in the lower-right corner to run the check again.
Click Clear List in the upper-right corner to hide the current detection results.
Text detection
You can use this feature to detect issues in plain text. You can enter up to 1,000 characters at a time.

Upload a sensitive word list
You can save the sensitive words for your brand in a CSV, XLS, or XLSX file. Each sensitive word must be on a separate line. The file must include all sensitive words. The uploaded file is used as the rule for brand detection.
Administrators can follow these steps to upload a sensitive word list:
Go to Content Marketing > Your Space > Content Compliance > Detection Rules.

In the upper-right corner, click Update Sensitive Words.
In the dialog box that appears, click Upload Sensitive Words to upload the CSV, XLS, or XLSX file.

After the upload, the list of sensitive words is updated based on the most recently uploaded file. Any sensitive words that are not in the new file are removed from the list.
