Content production supports image design, intelligent matting, and material management.
Image Design
Image Design helps you design images efficiently by providing a large number of high quality image templates.
Procedure
Choose Workspace> Content Marketing > Content Production > Production Tools > Image Designer.
A large number of image templates are displayed at the bottom of the page, which supports search and filtering.
Move the pointer over an image template. The asterisk icon appears in the upper-right corner of the image. Click Design Console. The Start Design button appears below the image. Click to use the template to design a new image. Go to Step 6.

Click Design Now in the figure above to go to the image design page, as shown in the following figure.

Select a template from the left-side navigation pane, or select an existing template from "My" to use the template to design a new image, as shown in the following figure.

Select materials, text, and content from the content library on the left, or upload content from "My" or select favorite materials to add to the image.
Select the background from the left to replace the current background.
After you select an image element, the toolbar appears. You can also modify it on the right, as shown in the following figure.

Click the plus sign at the bottom to add a page to the image and a new artboard accordingly, as shown in the following figure.

Select the artboard and set the settings on the right.
Move the mouse to the artboard, a menu appears, you can adjust the order of the artboard, copy, delete.
Enter an image name at the top of the page. If you do not specify this parameter, the default name is Unnamed.
You can click the icon to the left of the
image name to save it to the Design Console at any time. After the image is designed, click Import in the upper-right corner. Click Save to Content. Before you store data, you must Import to the Content Library.
Smart matting
The matting feature allows you to use the matting results to Image Design. The source image supports the PNG, JPG, and JPEG formats. You can select up to 20 images at a time for matting. The size of a single image is less than 5MB.
Procedure
Choose Workspace> Content Marketing > Content Production > Production Tools > Smart Cutout.
Click Upload Image to upload multiple images. The following figure shows the uploaded images.

Move the pointer over a matting result or select a matting result. The Delete, Save, and Save buttons appear in sequence.
Delete: deletes the matting result.
Save: saves the matting results to the Design Console.
Store: saves the matting results to the content library. Before you store data, you must Import to the Content Library.
Design console
Choose Workspace> Content Marketing > Content Production > Production Tools > Design console to go to the Design console.
The following items are displayed on different tabs:
Works: displays the works that are saved during the Image Design process. You can edit, copy, or delete the works.
On the Favorites tab, you can view the templates and materials that you have collected during the Image Design process. You can cancel the collection.
Upload: displays the content uploaded during the Image Design process and the matting results saved during the Smart Matting process. You can delete the results.
Material Management
Item management is used to create new templates, upload new materials, and approve these templates and materials. Templates and materials can be used in Image Design.
Material management process:
Template: Create Template> Review Template> Use Template.
Material: Upload Material> Review Material> Use Material.
Create a template
Upload the created PSD file as a template.
Template types are:
Main chart icon
Product Graphic
Guess you like the graph
Horizontal poster
Vertical Poster
Live room background
Shopping guide card in the live broadcast room
Procedure
Choose Workspace> Content Marketing > Content Production > Material Management > Template Production.
Click Upload psd production to upload a template file in the PSD format.
On the configuration page, enter a template name, select a template type, tag, and then click Submit.

Submitted templates will be reviewed by the administrator. On the Template Review tab, you can view the review status of the submitted template.
Review Template
The administrator reviews the submitted template. After the template is approved, it can be used for image design.
Procedure
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Workspace> Content Marketing > Content Production > Item Management > Template Review. By default, the template that is not reviewed is displayed.
Move the pointer over the template that you want to review. The Review button appears and click Review.

On the Review page, view the template, review whether it meets the requirements, and then select the appropriate review result.

Rejected: Rejected
You can review the rejected template again. As shown in the following figure, on the Rejected tab, move the pointer over the template and click Modify Status to go to the review page. Then, the template is reviewed by Rejected or Rejected.

Approved: Approved.
You can also review the approved template again. In the same way as the preceding figure, on the Review tab, move the pointer over the template and click Modify Status to go to the review page. Then, change the template to Reject or Reject.
Replay: Replay is not approved, but the modification opportunity is provided.
Upload materials
Upload the created PNG, JPG, and JPEG files as materials.
Template types include: stickers, icons, and backgrounds.
Procedure
Choose Workspace> Content Marketing > Content Production > Material Management > Material Upload.
Click Batch Upload to upload materials in the PNG, JPG, or JPEG format.
On the configuration page, select a material type and a tag, and click Submit.
Submitted footage will be reviewed by the administrator.
Review Materials
The administrator reviews the submitted materials. Only after the materials are approved can they be used for image design.
Procedure
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Workspace> Content Moderation > Content Production > Material Management > Material Moderation. By default, the materials that are not moderated are displayed.
Select the materials that you want to review. The Review Results button appears at the bottom of the page. Review whether the materials meet the requirements, and then select the corresponding review results.

Rejected: Rejected
You can review the rejected materials again, as shown in the following figure. On the Rejected tab, select the materials, and then click Reviewed or Rejected.

Approved: Approved.
You can also re-approve a material that is approved. Similar to the operations shown in the preceding figure, on the Approved tab, select the material, and then click Reject or Reject.
Replay: Replay is not approved, but the modification opportunity is provided.
