Provide photos of the front and back of your ID card, a photo of yourself holding your ID card, and a description of two or three emails previously sent from the account. The description must include details such as the subject, recipient, and the approximate time the email was sent.
Subject: Change mobile phone number for mailbox + xxx@aliyun.com Attachments: 1. Photos of the front and back of your ID card and a photo of yourself holding your ID card. 2. A screenshot of a recent email from your Sent folder.
Body: Describe two or three emails previously sent from the account. Include details such as the subject, recipient, and the approximate time the email was sent.
Additional information
The photos of the front and back of your ID card and the photo of yourself holding your ID card are private. We use this information for identity verification purposes only and delete the photos immediately after verification is complete.
