What to do if you forget the password for your free personal Alibaba Cloud mailbox

Reset your password

1. On the mailbox logon page, click Forgot password in the lower-right corner. Enter your mailbox username and the CAPTCHA code as prompted.

Note: The username must be your full email address.

2. Click Get Text Message Code. Enter the verification code that you receive and click OK. If your phone number has changed or you cannot receive the verification code, see How to reset your password and change your phone number if your phone number is no longer in use?.

3. Enter and confirm your new logon password. Click OK to complete the reset.
