When the console changes the email domain name, the prompt "The entered domain name has been bound, please use the unbound domain name"

Problem description

When you change the email domain name in the console, the following error message appears: The domain name that you entered is bound to the email address. Use the domain name that is not bound to the email address.

Cause

The domain name has already been registered and bound to Alibaba Mail by you or another user.
