3. How to downgrade during renewal
To reduce the number of accounts for your paid Alibaba Mail service, submit a ticket within 30 days before the service expires.

How to renew an expired mailbox
You can manually renew your mailbox instance within 30 days after it expires. Beyond that period, the instance is deleted and you must purchase a new one.
