Search behavior
Search any of the supported log types by keyword. The search engine uses full-text indexing with word segmentation.
-
You can search by individual words or numbers:
Letters and numbers. For example,
hello Peter how are youis segmented intohello,Peter, how, are, andyou. Entering any of these words returns logs that contain it.URLs without a
pathcomponent. For example,www.google.comis searchable, butwww.google.com.hk/webhpreturns no results because/webhpis not indexed — searching/webhpalone does not work.
Multiple keywords are supported in a single search, separated by a space or Tab.
Original logs: Business logs reported by customers.
Diagnostic logs: Logs generated during client operation, primarily used for debugging.
Original logs (excluding diagnostic logs) are available for the last 4 days. Diagnostic logs are available for the last 7 days.
The time range for a single query cannot exceed 2 days.
Analysis results are retained for 90 days for real-time data and 360 days for offline data.
-
When client logs reach the storage limit before upload, 1/4 of the backlog is deleted to free space. The limits are:
Android client: tracking logs exceed 50 MB, or applog exceeds 15 MB.
iOS client: tracking logs or applog exceed 30 MB.
Original logs (excluding diagnostic logs) are available for the last 32 days. Diagnostic logs are available for the last 7 days. The time range for a single query cannot exceed 2 days.
