This topic describes the service suspension policy for SchedulerX due to overdue payments.

Impact of overdue payments

  • If a payment is overdue, you cannot create new scheduling tasks in the console. If the payment is overdue for more than two weeks, the console automatically disables all scheduling tasks.

  • After you settle the overdue payment, disabled scheduling tasks are not automatically enabled. You must enable them manually.

  • If an overdue payment affects your business, such as when a scheduling task is disabled, join the DingTalk group (ID: 23103656) and contact the SchedulerX helpdesk to add the scheduling task to a whitelist. This prevents the task from being disabled again. Scheduling tasks on the whitelist are billed as usual.

View the overdue amount

  1. Log on to the Expenses and Costs console.

  2. On the Homepage, in the Overview area, view the overdue amount.
