Billing overview
This topic describes the billable items, billing methods, and payment methods for Graphic Computing Service (GCS).
Billable items
The billable item for GCS is the usage of rendering instances (R-instances). The cost is calculated by multiplying the unit price (per hour or month) by the usage duration (in hours or months) of an R-instance.
A rendering instance (R-instance) is a composite instance for real-time 3D rendering. Its computing resources include CPU, GPU (processors and GPU memory), memory, and network bandwidth.
R-instance specifications are categorized based on the UNIGINE Superposition graphics computing benchmark. R-instances with the same specification have comparable graphics processing capabilities.
GCS supports the pay-as-you-go billing method.

When you purchase GCS, you can use the following payment methods:

Coupon
Ensure that the coupon status is Active and the order type is General. You can log on to the Expenses and Costs console. In the navigation pane on the left, choose . In the Coupons section, click the Coupons tab to view your coupons.
Coupons are used to offset costs before billing. They do not involve an actual payment.
