Graphic Computing Service (GCS) is billed based on actual resource usage and is ready to use after activation.
- Log on to the GCS console.
- On the welcome page, click Activate Service.
- On the activation page, read the GCS Service Agreement and select the check box. Then, click Activate Now in the lower-right corner of the page.
