This topic describes how to add a Data Transmission Service (DTS) data source and find the required connection parameters.
Prerequisites
Lindorm Tunnel Service (LTS) is activated. For more information, see Activate LTS.
Procedure
Log on to the ApsaraDB for HBase console.
On the Clusters page, click the ID of the target BDS instance.
On the Basic Information page, in the UI Access section, click BDS to go to the LTS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Data Source Management > Add Data Source.
On the Add Data Source page, configure the following parameters.

Enter a name for the DTS data source.
Data source type
Select DTS.
Data source parameters
Obtain the data source parameters from the Data Transmission Service (DTS) console.
On the Task Management page, click the target DTS task. On the details page, find the topic in the Basic Information section, and the public address and VPC network address in the Network section.
topic: The name of the DTS topic (labeled as ① in the figure).
proxyAddr: The DTS subscription address (labeled as ② in the figure). This can be the public address or the VPC network address.
Navigate to the Consume Data page for the target DTS task and obtain the following parameters:
sid: The consumer group ID (labeled as ③ in the figure).
username: The username for the consumer group (labeled as ④ in the figure).
password: The password for the consumer group. If you forget the password, in the Operation column, click Modify password to reset it.
Click Add.
