Signature, seal, and date: The entity leader or website administrator must sign the document. Use the current date and affix your official company seal.
Submission requirements
Ensure that the statement is valid. The date on the statement must be within three months of its review by the communications administration. You can use the submission date as the date on the statement.
You can submit an electronic copy of the statement, such as a color photo of the original document.
The image must be in JPG, JPEG, PNG, or GIF format. The file size of each image must be less than 4 MB.
Ensure that the submitted statement is clear, complete, and valid. Applications with blurry images or incomplete information will be rejected.

Fill in your ICP filing information and submit it for an initial review in the Alibaba Cloud ICP Filing system. If the reviewer determines that a commercial activity statement is required, they will provide an email address in the review comments or by email. Send the statement to the provided email address.
