This topic describes how to use Application Identity as a Service (IDaaS) in common scenarios, such as synchronizing LDAP or DingTalk accounts to Alibaba Cloud Resource Access Management (RAM) and registering Alibaba Cloud services, such as text message and email, with IDaaS.
EIAM cloud identity service
IDaaS EIAM connects applications and existing enterprise address books to the IDaaS account system. It manages the full lifecycle of application accounts across different departments and organizations to provide unified access control. This allows enterprise members to use a single account to access all applications.
EIAM also acts as a bridge to connect identities from different systems. It instantly syncs changes from DingTalk and Active Directory (AD) to all enterprise identity sources. It can also sync changes from other applications back to DingTalk and AD.
EIAM provides the following tutorials:
Use single sign-on to log on to applications from the DingTalk workbench
Use AD/LDAP authentication to log on to third-party applications
Use an AD/LDAP/IDaaS account to log on to DingTalk Enterprise
Use Alibaba Cloud IDaaS to sync accounts from DingTalk/WeCom/Lark/AD to Alibaba Cloud RAM
Use SCIM in Alibaba Cloud IDaaS to sync accounts to Alibaba Cloud RAM
CIAM user identity service
IDaaS CIAM offers a message service for text messages and email.
CIAM provides the following tutorials:
