EIAM 云身份服务

IDaaS Employee Identity and Access Management (EIAM) provides a one-stop platform for administrators to centrally manage organizational structures and the lifecycle and permissions of accounts, and configure functionalities for applications such as single sign-on (SSO). IDaaS EIAM allows users to access application portals, use independent logon systems, and manage accounts.

CIAM 用户身份服务

CIAM（Customer Identity Access Management）是阿里云 IDaaS 为大型政企机构提供的、针对 C 端用户管理的产品，帮助政企打通信息系统内公民/会员身份孤岛。

CIAM supports features such as organization management, account lifecycle management, access control, authentication data analysis, and identity synchronization. It also supports multiple authentication methods, such as username and password, text message, social media logon, fingerprint, and facial recognition.
