Data compression feature is now available
- The data compression feature is now available for Premium Enterprise instances. Use the official SDK, which currently supports C, to compress and decompress data between devices and the platform. This significantly reduces network traffic consumption.
- You can control data compression at the topic level. For a single instance, you can enable compression and decompression for up to 20 topics. Data for other topics is transmitted without compression.
Device diagnosis feature is now available
- The device diagnosis feature is now available for Enterprise instances. You must manually enable this feature to use it. It provides a diagnostics dashboard, intelligent metric baselines, batch analytics for offline devices, and diagnostic reports for abnormalities.
Data parsing now supports IoT Digital Twin nodes as a destination
- You can configure a node in the IoT Digital Twin service as the data destination for a data parsing task. This lets you map parsed data reported by devices to the digital twin node.
Production and staging environment isolation for Enterprise instances
- Enterprise instances support isolation between production and staging environments. Use this feature to distinguish and manage devices across different environments. You can manually change the environment tag of an Enterprise instance. By default, the environment is set to production.
