Dear LinkedMall suppliers:
To provide you with a better service, we are upgrading the LinkedMall product. The system upgrade is scheduled to be completed soon. Before the upgrade takes effect, you must complete the following steps:
Complete the enterprise identity verification for the Alibaba Cloud account that you used to register as a LinkedMall supplier. The enterprise entity for the Alibaba Cloud account must match the entity for the store's payment account.
The multi-Alibaba Cloud account authorization logon mode will be replaced by RAM user authorization in the new version. If you forget the Alibaba Cloud account information that you used for store registration, you cannot log on to the console. You must log on to the system before the upgrade to verify your account information and its association with your store. To do this, log on to https://linkedmall-supplier.aliyun.com/#/lmshop/list and go to LM Shop Management to check for your Taobao Store or LM Store information. View the store's creator ID and check if it is the same as the primary account ID in the Personal Center of your Alibaba Cloud account. If the IDs are the same, you are using the primary account. If they are different, you are using an authorized account, which will not function in the new system. If your account is not the primary account, contact the owner of the primary account UID to grant logon authorization by creating an Alibaba Cloud RAM user. If you have forgotten the store's primary account or need to change it, submit the required certification documents at this link. If the documents are valid, we will send you the account query results within 2 business days and complete the primary account change within 5 business days.
