Contracts
This topic describes the main features of the Contracts module.
Contract management
Contracts
In the navigation pane on the left, click to open the Business Contracts page. On this page, channel partners can manage framework contracts for enterprise procurement by distributors.
View contract: Click View to see the content of the contract.
Upload offline contract: Click Upload Offline Contract, specify the contract name, effective time, and expiration time, and then upload the file. When you upload an offline contract, the system automatically overwrites the original online contract. The validity of the contract is determined by the specified effective and expiration times.
Contract signing information
In the navigation pane on the left, click to open the Contract Signing page. On this page, channel partners can view and maintain the basic information of contract signatories.
Contract management (legacy)
Alibaba Cloud
In the navigation pane on the left, click to open the Alibaba Cloud Contract Management interface in the legacy system. In this interface, channel partners can sign contracts related to Alibaba Cloud. Examples include the LinkedMall Channel Partner Service Agreement and the Special Integrity Convention for Online Commissions, which are signed automatically when the service is activated. Additionally, if the Alibaba Cloud technical service fee is configured, channel partners must also sign the Supplementary Agreement on LinkedMall Channel Cooperation Fees and Settlement.
Suppliers
In the navigation pane on the left, click to open the supplier Contract Management interface in the legacy system. In this interface, channel partners can sign contracts with suppliers. An example is the LinkedMall Product Cooperation Agreement (for procurement and distribution patterns), which must be signed when you onboard suppliers.
Distributors
In the navigation pane on the left, click to open the distributor Contract Management interface in the legacy system. Currently, contracts between channel partners and distributors are primarily offline contracts.
