Account information

Basic information

In the navigation pane on the left, click Configuration > Account Information > Basic Information to open the Basic Information page. Channel partners can view their Account Authorization Information and Basic Information. Click Modify to change the Basic Information.

Treasury account

Receipt and payment accounts

In the navigation pane on the left, click Configuration > Treasury Account > Receipt and Payment Accounts to open the Receipt and Payment Accounts page.

Receipt account

Alipay Secured Transaction

Click Alipay Secured Transaction to open the Alipay Secured Transaction account page.

• Create Account: Click Create Account. In the Enable Alipay Secured Transaction window, enter the account information, select the checkbox to agree to the terms, and then click Submit. Then, complete the process to sign the Alipay Secured Transaction agreement.

• Associated Stores: Displays the channel partner services that are associated with the account.

• View Configuration: Click View Configuration. In the View Alipay Secured Transaction window, channel partners can view their Alipay account information.

UnionPay Receipt

Click UnionPay Receipt to open the UnionPay Receipt account page.

• Create Account: Click Create Account. In the Add Account Information window, enter the UnionPay account information and click OK.

• Associated Stores: Displays the supplier stores that are associated with the account.

• View Configuration: Click View Configuration to view the Alipay account information in the View Account Information window.

Payment account

On the Payment Account page, suppliers can view their Alipay payment account information.

Create Account: Click Create Account. You are redirected to the Alipay Enable Withholding Service page. Suppliers can sign the secured transaction agreement using an Alipay account that is not already associated with another agreement.

Message Hub

Message management

In the navigation pane on the left, click Configuration > Message Center > Message Management to open the Message List page.

• Filter Messages: Specify the filter criteria and click Filter.

• Operations:

  • View: Click View to see the message details in the View Message window.

  • Delete: Deletes the current message.
