Public product pool
The public product pool is analogous to the product listings in the Taobao or Tmall backend. All channels can view and select products from this pool.
After adding a product on the Product Management page, a supplier can sync its price. For example, a product with an original price of CNY 15 can have its supply price set to CNY 10 by the supplier. All channels can then select this product for CNY 10 and publish it for sale. The channel then pays the supplier a settlement amount of CNY 10.
You can add products to the public product pool by syncing them from a Taobao or Tmall store, or by adding them individually on this page.
On the Channel Supply Management > Public Product Pool page of the LinkedMall Supplier Platform, click Add Product in the upper-right corner to open the Add Product page.
By Taobao or LM product ID
If you select Taobao Product ID:
LM Store ID: Click the
icon to select a store.Taobao Product ID: Enter one or more Taobao product IDs, separated by commas. You can enter a maximum of 20 IDs at a time.
If the add method is set to Taobao Item ID:
LM Product ID: Enter one or more LM product IDs, separated by commas. You can enter a maximum of 20 IDs at a time.
Add from Excel.
Click Download Template. Fill out the template, and then click Upload Excel.
