Deposit rules and payment methods
To better protect Alibaba Cloud users and enhance service quality and product standards on the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace, service providers must pay a deposit before publishing products. Providers who have not paid the deposit cannot list products. This topic describes the deposit rules for service providers.
Service provider deposit rules

The Alibaba Cloud Marketplace currently includes ten categories: Data and APIs, Professional Services, Basic Software, Website and Mini Programs, Enterprise Applications, Security, AI Applications and Services Marketplace, Development and O&M, Solutions, and IoT. After passing the review and joining the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace platform, service providers must pay a deposit of CNY 30,000. If a service provider does not violate the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace management policies during the cooperation period, the deposit will be refunded after the cooperation ends. For instructions on how to request a refund, see Service provider exit from Alibaba Cloud Marketplace.

After paying the deposit, the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace issues an electronic receipt to the service provider.

① Set urgency to: Product usage consultation.
② Problem description:
a. I have completed the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace deposit payment. How do I activate my Marketplace store?
b. I have paid the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace deposit via Alipay or offline bank transfer. How do I activate my Marketplace store?
③ Set product category to: Alibaba Cloud Marketplace.
④ Contact information: Enter your mobile phone number as prompted by the system.
