Starting September 22, 2025, public egress traffic for Mobi will transition to the Cloud Data Transfer (CDT) billing model and be charged based on CDT public traffic pricing.

Until now, public egress traffic for the Mobi subscription plan has been free for a limited time. Effective immediately, it will switch to the CDT billing model.
Cloud Data Transfer (CDT) is a unified billing service for cloud traffic that enables elastic resource usage, simplifies management, and reduces IT costs.
You receive a monthly free allowance of 20 GB of public traffic, usable in any Chinese mainland region. Usage exceeding this allowance is billed based on a cumulative tiered pricing structure.
