Pricing for the intelligent outbound robot comprises platform usage fees and communication service fees.
Billing methods
The intelligent outbound robot supports two billing methods:
1. Monthly subscription by concurrency: This method charges a fixed monthly fee based on the number of concurrent outbound lines. Activate Service
2. Pay-as-you-go: This method charges for each outbound call attempt, regardless of whether the call is answered. In this postpaid model, each Alibaba Cloud account receives 20 concurrent lines by default. The price is ¥0.08 per call attempt. To increase your concurrency limit, please contact our product operations team. Activate Service
For the pay-as-you-go model, fees are deducted hourly and settled monthly. Please ensure your Alibaba Cloud account has a sufficient balance to cover these charges.
This platform does not charge any additional fees for communication, lines, or numbers. For these costs, consult your carrier.
The fees listed above include the intelligent outbound robot console, speech recognition, text-to-speech, and basic natural language processing (NLP) capabilities (available only when using the outbound canvas).
