CXG AI & Prompt Builder
CXG AI delivers AI solutions for Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud by integrating with Alibaba Cloud's AI platforms and applications. The CXG AI Connector is middleware that connects Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud with AI technologies and provides a reliable, trusted gateway for customers.
The AI capabilities for Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud are primarily available through the Prompt Builder feature. Prompt Builder connects to the Alibaba Cloud Model Studio large language model (LLM) through the CXG AI Connector. This connection allows you to send prompts to the LLM and use the generated AI responses in your business scenarios.
When you use Prompt Builder, you must handle any personal or sensitive information according to your organization's data privacy policies. For information on the protection of customer business data when using Model Studio LLMs, see the Alibaba Cloud Model Studio Service Agreement.
Differences from global Salesforce Prompt Builder
Supported models: Qwen-Max, Qwen-Plus, DeepSeek-V3.2, Qwen3-Max, Qwen3.5-Plus, Qwen3.5-Flash, Qwen3.6-Plus, Qwen3.6-Flash, Qwen3.7-Plus, and Qwen3.7-Max. You can manage your model selection through Model Management.
Three types of prompt templates are supported: Field Generation, Record Summary, and Flex.
Einstein Search and Content Document are not supported as input resources.
Aside from these differences, the Prompt Builder in the China edition offers an experience consistent with the global Salesforce version.
