SMS Integration Operation Guide
The CXG Basic Features provide an SMS integration solution for Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud that supports SMS signature management, template management, and sending text messages.
Configuration guide
For an efficient setup, complete the configuration steps in the following order.
Before you use CXG Setup, ensure that the Lightning Web Security setting is enabled in Salesforce under Setup > Security > Session Settings.
Install the CXG Package. For more information, see Install or upgrade the CXG managed package.
Assign permission sets to the Integration User and Business User, and then add the SMS connector. For more information, see Add the CXG SMS connector.
Sync SMS signatures, create SMS templates, and then configure the CXG SMS component. For more information, see SMS integration feature configuration.
To comply with regulations from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and carriers, you must complete identity verification with your carrier before you can send text messages. Before you send messages, ensure that your SMS signature is verified. For more information, see Signature and identity verification.
