To stop sending messages to a specific phone number, add it to the blocklist.
Usage notes

Only enterprise users can configure a blocklist. If you are an individual real-name verified user, you must first upgrade to an enterprise real-name verified user.

Once a phone number is added to the blocklist, the system will no longer send any messages to it, including verification codes, notifications, and promotional messages.

You cannot add a number to the blocklist if it is already on the allowlist.
Add numbers to the blocklist

Log in to the Short Message Service (SMS) console and navigate to General Settings > Domestic Message Settings > Sending Frequency Settings.

In the blocklist section, click Add Number and select either quick add or add individually. You can add up to 50 phone numbers at a time.

Quick add: Lets you add multiple phone numbers in bulk. To add remarks for a number, use the add individually option.

Add individually: Lets you add optional remarks for each blocklisted phone number.

Enter one phone number per line. Press Enter to start a new line.

Enter a phone number and remarks, then click Add to blocklist to continue adding more numbers.

Remarks can be up to 200 characters and can include Chinese characters, letters, numbers, and special characters.

Click OK to finish.
Remove numbers from the blocklist
Removed numbers cannot be recovered.

To remove a single number: In the Actions column, click Delete and confirm.

To remove multiple numbers: Select the checkboxes next to the numbers you want to remove, click Delete at the bottom of the list, and confirm.
