Upload voice files in the console
A voice file contains the audio that end users hear when they answer your calls. In the console, you can upload voice notification files, in-call voice files, and interactive voice response playback files. After a voice file is uploaded and approved, you can use it.
Prerequisites
-
You have registered an Alibaba Cloud account and completed enterprise real-name registration.
-
You have activated Voice Service.
-
You have applied for an enterprise qualification and it has been approved.
Upload a voice file
-
Voice files must be in WAV or MP3 format and smaller than 2 MB.
-
We recommend using a modern browser such as Google Chrome. You can select only one file at a time.
-
Closing the dialog box during the import interrupts the process.
-
Log on to the Voice Service console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Voice File Management.
-
Based on your business needs, click the Voice Notification Files, In-call Voice Files, or Interactive Voice Response Playback Files tab, and then click Import Voice File.
Voice notification files
-
If you use the public number for outbound calls mode, which uses a shared pool of numbers provided by Alibaba Cloud, select an enterprise qualification and import the voice file. You can use the file after it is approved. In the Import Voice File dialog box, ensure that the file is in WAV or MP3 format and is smaller than 2 MB. After you submit the file, the review is typically completed within 2 hours. Review hours are 09:00 to 23:00, Monday to Sunday (postponed during public holidays). For Calling Number, select public number for outbound calls (Recommended) or dedicated number for outbound calls. Then, select an associated qualification and click Import File.
NoteIf "No options available" is displayed when you click associated qualification, go to scenario and script management and check if an approved script exists for the public number for outbound calls mode.
-
If you use the dedicated number for outbound calls mode, which uses numbers you purchased in the console, import the voice file. You can use the file after it is approved. Templates and resource plans are not interchangeable between the two modes.
In-call voice files
Import the voice file. You can use it after it is approved.
The file must be a WAV or MP3 file smaller than 2 MB. You can import one file at a time.
Interactive voice files
Follow the on-screen instructions to configure the parameters for the interactive voice response playback file, import the voice file, and then click Confirm. You can use the file after it is approved.
