This topic describes the refund rules for ApsaraVideo VOD and how refunds are processed.
Refund rules
Only the amount you paid is refunded. Used cash coupons are not refunded.
If you purchase a product during a promotion, the rules of the promotion take precedence over the general refund rules in case of a conflict. If a refund occurs, any gifts, such as cash coupons or extended service periods, are forfeited.

Refund methods
You can log on to the Expenses and Costs console.
In the navigation pane on the left, choose Orders > Unsubscribe.
On the Unsubscribe page, filter the orders by product name or order time to find the one you want to unsubscribe from, and then request a refund.
